You will need to have a copy of the Birth Certificate and Parent ID attached to submit your application. You may bring the other documents later in your application process. Our Enrolment Officers are ready to assist you at any point.

- Fully filled Up Application Form (Download Here)
- A copy of the child’s birth certificate
- Latest school report from the child’s current school
- Leaving certificate/letter
- NEMIS number and assessment number for those registered with the Ministry of Education
- Copy of parents/guardians ID card/passport
